Online Media Outreach Campaign
We will research and handpick 50 of the top online media sites relating to your book and send personalized pitches, asking them to review your book. Includes two rounds of follow-up. You will receive a report at the end of this campaign that includes contact information for the media pitched on your behalf. You can use the contacts on this report for future promotional efforts.

Promotional Materials
Many book publicists don't even take the time to your read your book before drafting promotional materials. We'll read the book and come up with a general press release, a press release aimed at online media, a list of story ideas for targeted media, an author Q&A, a list of keywords for online use, and customized suggestions for other things to include in your press kit. Includes one round of document revision with your input.

Book Club/Reading Group Discussion Guides
We will read your book and create a Book Club discussion guide that can syndicated, uploaded, and otherwise distributed for promotion of your book.

Virtual Tour
We'll secure guest spots on some of the top blogs, websites, and other online portals that cater to your target audience, with at least 5 guaranteed placements. A "guest spot" could be an interview, a guest post, or an excerpt from your book. We'll help you compose your introduction if necessary, sift through comments and replies, and guide you through posting your responses. This will require approximately one hour of daily commitment from the author for the duration of the tour, which normally lasts about a week. You will receive a report at the end of this campaign that includes contact information for the media pitcheded on your behalf. You can use the contacts on this report for future promotional efforts.

Blog Swap
Promote yourself by writing guest posts on top blogs that target potential readers for your book. This is ideal for an author with her own blog who can accommodate guest posts from other bloggers. We will research the top blogs, pitch to the blogmasters, and secure the posts and cross promotion. We'll also help you figure out what the heck to write about. Five swaps guaranteed.

Electronic Press Kit (EPK)
You want to make it easy as possible for media to find information about you and your book, ideally in such a way that there is not even a need to contact you if time does not permit. We will design and host your electronic press kit on our website, and guide you through which items you should include. We'll also respond to all media inquiries for the duration of the hosting. Ideal for authors who don't have the time to sift through spam to find important emails from the media, and for those who want to maintain their privacy online.

Our signature campaign! Each Publicity Personal Trainer campaign is flexible and customized for your needs. In these 30 days, we'll make contact with at least 75 sites that we handpick to find the best fit for you. The Publicity Personal Trainer covers a variety of information, including all of the topics listed in the Mini Training Sessions below. (If you prefer to work in smaller increments or just need assistance for certain topics, the Mini Training Sessions are just what you need.)

During the Publicity Personal Trainer campaign, you'll gain valuable knowledge to continue the self-promotion work on your own, even for future books. This campaign also includes one 30-minute follow-up session one month after the campaign ends to see how you're doing on your own. We also offer a Weekly Weigh-In campaign for those who might want additional guidance.

E-Newsletter Maintenance
We'll send up to two newsletters per month, updating your readers with news about you and your book. We'll also maintain the subscriber database for you. Newsletters are sent in HTML format, from a template that we'll design using your images and preferred color scheme. We will never spam your readers and you maintain ownership of your subscriber database. We'll even send you a monthly report of your subscriber database.

Social Networking Setup
We'll create profiles for you on the top social networking sites for your niche, such as MySpace, FaceBook, and Linked In. We can either maintain these for you (the Social Networking Maintenance plan), or train you how to use these sites yourself (the Social Media and Social Networking plan).

Social Networking Maintenance
We'll provide weekly maintenance on your social networking profiles, including correspondence, profile changes and updates, and increased networking. (Does not include layout or template changes.)

Blog Fodder
We'll monitor online media, including newspapers and blogs, for stories relevant to your expertise. You'll get weekly reports containing links to the stories you should be writing about on your blog, and contact information for the online media you should be connecting with. Blog Maintenance
You write it, we'll post it. We'll layout your blog posts for you, including images and other HTML coding, copyediting, tagging, and managing comments. Includes up to 5 posts per week.
